Purchase of land (land and building) and construction of residential or business premises (office/store) for rental purposes. Transfer of the balance of a corresponding loan with repayment of the other Bank.

*The final interest rate depends on the financing rate. The above-mentioned interest rates are nominal and are subject to the levy of Law 128/75 (currently 0,60%).

Mandatory fire and earthquake property insurance for the entire duration of the loan. Optional borrower’s life insurance.

Repayment
In monthly installments that repay interest and principal automatically from your deposit account, while you have the option of:
- Installment disbursements
- No early repayment costs
- A grace period of up to 24 months
Financing
Financing of up to 80% of the assessed value of the property (secured by a mortgage on the property) or up to 100% of the assessed value of the property (secured by a cash pledge) and up to 100% of the purchase contract.
Interest rate discount
Secure a discount of 0.15% for A+ or A, for B+ or B categories, based on your property’s Energy Performance Certificate.
