How does it work?
- Online Shopping: Receive Push Notification for transaction approval, with the possibility of confirmation via biometric data or Attica Mobile PIN.
- Αttica e-banking: same procedure for web banking transactions.
- Attica Mobile: immediate approval of transactions directly through the application. Follow the procedure for transactions via Attica e-banking
Use of Push Notifications
- The collection of the user’s Fingerprint or FaceID biometric data (i.e. his/her fingerprint or biometric facial data) and the identification of the user through them is carried out by the user’s terminal device, these data are stored exclusively on it and are not transmitted in any way to the Bank or to any other operator/provider/application administrator on its behalf, so that there is no question of any form of processing by the Bank. For the processing of the User’s personal data by the Bank, the User has already been informed
- Push Notifications are sent to the user’s device via the Attica Mobile app and not to the user’s phone number. They are sent directly either using the data of his/her device or via the Wi-Fi to which he/she is connected.
- Through the Attica Mobile app, the user has the ability to manage the device on which he/she receives Push Notifications, as well as to deactivate or reactivate the ability to receive them.
