As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance security via Attica e-banking and Attica Mobile we have implemented an additional verification step for certain transactions through a one-time code sent to the email address.
Each time you perform any of the transactions listed below, you will be required to provide additional confirmation through a one-time code sent to the email address you have registered with the Bank.
Transactions Requiring an Additional Verification Code
- Money Transfers to third parties both inside and outside the bank.
- Changing the customer’s Username and Password.
- Adding or updating a mobile phone or tablet device.
- Modifying daily transaction limits.
- Updating personal details or mobile phone numbers via eGov-KYC.
We remind you that Attica Bank will never request your personal codes or confidential information, such as secret codes, PINs, or One Time Passwords (OTPs), under any circumstances or through any communication methods including phone, email, Viber, or SMS.
