Using the Attica e-banking and Attica mobile app, you have the capability to temporarily disable your card, reactivate it, and retrieve its PIN.

  • Temporary Card Deactivation

To pause your card’s functionality temporarily and block all transaction approvals, kindly follow these instructions:

From your Portfolio, choose the card you’d like to deactivate temporarily and navigate to its detailed view.

Under “Card Actions”, select “Temporarily Suspend Card Use”. Upon clicking “Submit”, a Usage Code will be sent to you via SMS for action confirmation. Input the Usage Code in the designated field, review the information displayed for accuracy, and if satisfactory, click “Confirm”. After the action is successfully completed, your card will be listed in your Portfolio as “Temporarily Deactivated”.

NOTE: Should your card be lost or stolen, this procedure does not suffice. Instead, immediately contact our phone service at +30 210 3669000, available 24/7, to report the incident.

 

  •  To Reactivate Your Card

If you decide to reactivate your card for normal transaction use, please do the following:

In your “Portfolio”, select the card marked as “Temporarily Deactivated” and view its details. Choose “Reset Card Use” from “Card Actions”. After clicking “Submit”, a One Time Use Code will be sent via SMS to confirm your action. Agree with the displayed information and select “Confirm”. Following successful transaction completion, your card will be displayed as “Active” in your portfolio, ready for use.

 

  • For Card PIN Reminder

If you’ve forgotten your card’s PIN, you can easily remind yourself by:

Selecting your card from the Portfolio and viewing its details. Choose “Card PIN Reminder” from “Card Actions”.

From the “How to Send PIN” options, select your preferred method: Pickup from a Branch or Mail to your Address.

  • For Store Pickup, choose the specific store location.
  • For Mail, the PIN will be sent to your registered home address. Agree to the Terms of Use, which align with your card’s original agreement terms, then click “Submit”.

You’ll be directed to a confirmation screen requiring a One Time Password sent via SMS. Enter the code, verify the information is correct, and confirm the action. Upon a successful transaction, you’ll have the option to download the Transaction Receipt.

Your PIN will arrive within 4-6 business days of submitting your request.

  • For Card PIN Reminder

  • Recharging a Prepaid Card

To add more money to your active prepaid card, go to “Transactions,” choose “Prepaid Card Loading,” then pick “Billing Account,” “Prepaid Card” and enter the “Amount” you wish to load. Click “Submit,” and on the following page, click “Confirm” if the transaction details are correct.

If you have just one card, the “Prepaid Card” section will automatically be filled in. The minimum and maximum loading amounts are determined by the Bank.
