With the new PIN by SMS service, you can now receive your card’s PIN with ease, speed, and security on your mobile phone!
How it works
The PIN is sent via text message (SMS) to the mobile phone number you have registered with the Bank. Memorize your PIN and delete the related SMS immediately afterward.
For security reasons, we recommend that you change your PIN to one of your choice, at least once every 6 months. You can change your PIN at any time through the “CHANGE PIN” option from the ATM menu.
Important to know
If you wish to change the mobile phone number to which you will receive the PIN by SMS and other security messages from Attica Bank, you can visit any branch of our network.
If you do not wish to receive the PIN by SMS on your mobile phone number, you can visit any branch of Attica Bank or contact the Customer Service Call Center at 210-3669000.
In this case, the PIN will henceforth be sent to the postal address you have declared to the Bank, via registered mail.
